I‘m back with a new blog post and this one is all about food. Not only is it about food but it’s also about healthier foods. I’ve been trying new things and trying healthier foods. Health is wealth. Beauty isn’t all about what‘s on the outside or what you put on the outside. It’s about what you put in your body as well. As I’ve got older I think about that a lot & have taking it more serious. I went to the grocery store recently and picked up these items. Some of the foods or drinks included in this post I have had before but are adding them back into my diet. Details & visuals of each items are listed below. Most of these items were purchased from Walmart.
English Muffins
I wanted to try new breakfast items so I bought these to try.
Farmrich French Toast Sticks
My brother put me on to these. I love french toast sticks but I had never had this brand. I had them and they are really delicious.
Eggo Nuturi Grain Waffles
I use to eat eggo waffles when I was younger. When I got older I started eating other brands. I decided to try their healthier brand of waffles. I wanted to try the whole grain & blueberry flavors.
Frozen Fruits
I love smoothies and I plan on making them more often. I decided to use these frozen fruits for my smoothies.
Frozen Green Beans
I’ve had frozen veggies before which I like a little better than can veggies. I had never had frozen green beans so I decided to try these.
Extra Crispy Shake ‘N Bake
I‘ve had Shake ‘N Bake before but never the extra crispy flavor. I‘m excited to try this.
Naked Juice “Piña Colada
This is my second time having Naked juice and I decided to try this flavor. I’m sure it will be yummy.
Dole Orange Strawberry Banana
I use to love this juice when I was younger. I hadn’t had it in years so I had to start drinking it again.
